Off plan property investment prospects are, as the name implies, outside of Dubai. Land is purchased in advance by developers who then make plans to erect a structure there. Developers who have been granted permission to construct a property are noted in the Department of Lands' register. Off-plan investments can be profitable since they produce greater returns than completed projects.
