A DeLush Lash Extension experience is unlike any other. DeLush brings Luxury Lash extension and Beauty services to the South Bay and provides a safe and comfortable environment for any woman to feel beautiful and confident.

Before Your Appointment

We are excited for your upcoming appointment at DeLush Beauty Lounge! Please arrive without mascara or eye makeup on your eye area. If you currently use waterproof mascara please stop usage two days prior to your appointment. We do our best to accommodate our client’s busy work schedules and lifestyles so appointments are often scheduled back-to-back. If you arrive wearing eye makeup we ask that you remove it before starting the appointment which could delay yours and others’ appointment times. There are complimentary single-use towels and extension-safe makeup remover wipes in the restroom if you need to remove any makeup before your appointment begins.

We have plenty of metered street parking available for clients and one dedicated spot on 16th Court (the first spot beside the dry cleaners next door). It’s free but is first come, first serve. When parking in metered spots please check the meter’s time, posted signs, and give yourself a bit of leeway in case your appointment runs over, you get caught in conversation, purchase products, and/or are scheduling your next appointment. It’s better to put a bit extra in than to come out to a ticket! (They check meters outside very frequently.) When paying meters here’s a time breakdown:

  • New/Full Set of Lashes— 2.5 hours

  • Short Fill—1.25 hours

  • 2/3 Week Fill— 1.5 hours

  • 3+ Week Fill—1.75 hours

  • Lash Lift—1.75 hours

  • Facials—.75-1.25 hours

  • Waxing—.5 to 1 hour depending on # of services (10-20 min each)

Please use the restroom before your appointment. You will be comfortably reclined for your entire service with your eyes closed. We care for your eye area by placing eye pads and tape around the eye are and this is best to remain in place during your entire service. If it is an emergency we can accommodate you but it's always best to use the facilities before we begin your service. 

You are invited to turn your phone on airplane mode and seek refuge away from our always available wireless world. We have complimentary charging cables so that you may recharge while you are relaxing and leave with a full battery to take on the world. If airplane mode is not an option, we do understand. Once the service begins you will not be able to check your phone, however if you have little ones, or are waiting for a million dollar call, you are always invited to keep your phone near you on the bed and we can tell you who's calling and texting you during your service. 

Some take this time to float away into la-la land and catch a quick nap. They call it their 'mid day beauty rest.' Others use this as a chance to catch up on their audio book or music playlist. If chatting away is more your style we are happy to talk to you and find out what your life dreams and goals are! As well as learn about your family, friends, and funny stories you want to share! There will be a sheet or blanket on the bed for you to cover yourself should you get chilly throughout your service. If there is anything at all that we can do to make you more comfortable throughout your stay, please don't hesitate to tell us!

As a first time guest you will have some paperwork to fill out prior to your appointment. Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment for this. We keep records of every client and every appointment so you are always welcome to say that you loved your lashes from January and we can look back to see exactly what we used on you then. We also keep record of the exact adhesive used so if there is any problems we can pin point the cause and review. 

We want to give you the best lashes possible the day of your service and you can help us by avoiding caffeine that day. Caffeine causes your eyes to jump around and be dancing during your service. Hold the coffee until after your service for the best results and also so that it is more relaxing for you. Enjoy your time to relax and unwind. In the hustle and bustle of our lives we usually don't get enough time to be still, enjoy it.

We strive to take before and after pictures for every appointment, every time. We like to be able to have your lashes on record, as well as, share our work with people visiting our site. We do our best to crop everything out of the photo to give focus to the eyes and eyelashes. If you would prefer to not have your pictures ever used on social media please let us know at the beginning of your service.

AFTER Your Appointment

We provide an Aftercare Kit with every new set of lashes and wands for brushing your lashes. These kits include tips for daily care, fun lash facts, and common mistakes to avoid (also noted below).

Your new lashes CAN get wet immediately, we recommend washing lashes gently each day with Ocusoft Foaming Eye Wash and a soft brush, avoiding any products that are oil-based, and sleeping on silk pillowcases to keep lashes looking lovely! Never use waterproof mascara, never remove lashes yourself (as it can damage your natural lashes), and don’t play, twist, or pull at them. People’s natural hair growth and shed cycles determine how often you’ll need a fill, so we recommend booking every 2-3 weeks to keep them full and fluffy.

If you have oily skin, we suggest blotting or wiping the skin around the eye area throughout the day. This will help your extensions last longer as the bonds won’t break down as quickly from oil exposure.

Cancelatin Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Lash Artists do everything they can to give you the best quality lashes and service for your time and money! Our appointments run longer than most in the industry (60-180 min) and due to their quality/length, we have very limited numbers of appointments available for booking.

Out of respect for you we do our best to send multiple email and text message reminders in the days leading up to your appointment. This is so you have ample time to cancel or reschedule if needed — without paying any fees.

However, out of respect for our staff members, we must charge a cancellation fee 50% up to the full cost of the service for all cancellations within 48 hrs of your appointment.

WE REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE AT MINIMUM TO CHANCE/CANCEL APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT PENALTY

We do understand that sometimes life and emergencies happen. We are more than happy to accommodate  for your situation depending on the circumstances, and we will happily adjust appointments for any reason up to 48 hours before your scheduled time!
